Hebe

The weather today is more of the same as yesterday, but with less rain and an awful lot more wind straight off Antarctica. Walking was not pleasant, even though the sun was shining.

I spotted this very pretty hebe flowering in a sheltered spot and was able to photograph it without too much interference from the wind. I wasn't tempted at all to carry on looking for a blip, and was glad to get back inside out of the wind.
