First Tests

We have pushed the new students in the deep end by giving them a show to work on for Friday. We managed to get most of them up and performing in front of the rest of the group and the standard so far is excellent.

I took the opportunity to take a few shots with the new lens and one of the things I checked was this artefact on the bokeh - aptly called onion ring bokeh. It's relatively easy to soften so worth checking at this point.

I managed to meet the family and friends in the park on the way back and did some more testing. Because. Of course.
