Poppies: Weeping Window

Today I went to Perth to see the Poppies sculpture. It is beautiful, which seems at first rather strange, how could something as awful as that war be commemorated with beauty.
Yet the beauty does show there is hope beyond the horror and each of those who died was a special person.

Went for a run this evening and the dodgy knee was fine.
