Very happy

Finished work at lunch time today. Went to weigh in at 6pm and lost 4.5lb this week! Waaahhhooooo!!!

Aiming for 2.5lb next week and then that's half a stone in 2 weeks!

Tim has his operation tomorrow and I'm such a worrier I've already cried today!
