Cumberland Sausage Chow Mein

First day back at school today for The Dopski - she was extremely snoozy on the way home in the car.

Tea started out life as Slimmer's World Chicken Chow Mein (which is lovely and well worth making) but morphed into Cumberland sausage instead. Must find time to shop for food at some point :/
