Sharing

Met up with Martine, the Greeter who we were unable to meet last week due to signing the contract. She was very nice and told me a lot about Tours and gave me some tips on places to go.

She also told me about Saint Martin who shared his cloak with a beggar. Tours is very proud of him and currently celebrated the 1700 anniversary of his birth. 

Our chat gave more meaning to the sculpture near our flat which involves square panels with phrases explaining what sharing means to different people.
