As made evident by peanut butter and jam sandwiches, running two refluxes in parallel from the same tap (probably not that amazing ...) and some third thing.

I went to a "body pump" class today. I thought it was pretty crap for $16. The body pump lady wouldn't let me use more weights, so I felt like I was just flailing my arms while listening to music I didn't like.
