An apple a day

This rather nice looking apple was growing in the walled garden in King's Park. I think the birds missed this one ..... many of the others had been well pecked and nibbled. I took the dogs to King's Park during the only spell of dryish weather this morning. The sun did try to put in an appearance but the rain won and once it started it just didn't know how to stop!
