Pina colada?

We had a couple of superb cocktails in Croatia, the best on the nearby beach where the girls at the beach cafe seemed to be professional drinks mixers!
They produced the smoothest, creamiest Pina coladas we have ever tasted, and the Mohitos had a very liberal amount of rum, after consuming it was not wise to swim for a while.
I see that Gilly has brought the holiday experience home with her, good idea and I think I will get her a pack of paper umbrellas!
