What on Earth???

Grey skies in Edinburgh today but very warm.
In the morning we went down to Cramond and walked across to the island there.
After some lunch, we went uptown and this is one of the photos I took.
I wonder if anyone can figure out what it is???
It's probably the closest I will get to a "selfie" and it's more or less straight from the camera.
Possibly best viewed with sunglasses!!!!!
