Big American Adventure - Day Eleven

Went to Universal Studios today the second of their theme parks. This one has a more laid back vibe to it, with areas laid out like Hollywood and New York.

Went on most of the rides including Despicable Me, Shrek, Transformers and the Simpsons. I left The Mummy roller coaster to the rest of the family and saw a performance by Marilyn Monroe instead!

Of course when we were in Springfield we had to try the Krusty burgers but had no room left for any doughnuts.

I thought the second Harry Potter section set in Diagon Alley was even better than Hogsmede and the ride based in Gringotts bank was my overall favourite. We finished our trip by getting on the Hogwarts Express at King's Cross which takes you over to Island of Adventures.
