Sunday

I got up earlier on Sunday and went to Stockbridge market to see a jewellery designer I had glimpsed the week before. Oh my, she makes beautiful things. I treated myself...rather well!

The afternoon was taken up being the resident first aider at the annual Portobello Village Show. It's always a hoot and this year seemed particularly well attended. It was lovely to see Shandonner and bignonioides again. Thankfully we only had to deal with a few wasp stings which is just how we like it.

Later on I strolled down to the water to have a gander at Cressida, the Tidal Octopus, again. The water was warm and paddling about was therapeutic.
