Pudding

My dear husband felt the need for some "pudding" so , as we don't usually have puddings I had to make something quickly. I found the tail end of some lemon drizzle cake and cut a heart shape, found some of last years blackberries and defrosted them. Then whipped up some cream (that is reserved for making ice cream today, a little grated chocolate and there we have it PUDDING. Where is the queue for Ready Steady Cook?
