Banned Substances

Yes ... I am banned from having all of those items ...unless they are decaffeinated , which normally adds a premium to the items..:( C'est La Vie.
Also on the banned list ..chocolate, and anything with chocolate in it , Citrus fruits, pineapples,bananas, cow milk products .
The list goes on ...

The choice in decaf filter coffee is minimal , and there is a massive price hike . I think i might have to cheat , say once a week, and have a good coffee and a bourbon biscuit.
I will do this on a Saturday me thinks.

So henceforth i proclaim that in my own little world , that day shall be celebrated and renamed to Savour Saturday

It shall be a day when i relax with a steaming latte made from the Finest Columbian freshly ground beans, and a bourbon biscuit to dunk to my hearts desire, whilst chilling out looking at the day's blips.
