Spent most of the morning refelting the roof of the bike shed before heads off back to university. A fair bit of wood rot in one corner which I've decided to live with at present.

Finally went to see a Physio about my shoulder which I probably should have done weeks ago. No magic wand but lots of reminders about posture and exercises to do.

Took Maisie out in the late afternoon. Very pleasant weather - a quick snap of the tractor ploughing the fields with North Berwick law in the background.
