Flooding

Only a week since we suffered flooding again today we have had another deluge with lots of flooding, road closures mostly with extreme surface flooding.

This picture is of the sleepy Saltwater Creek, it in there somewhere!?
It meanders around the southern outskirts of Timaru and was almost up to the underside of the bridge.

As I said last week, this weather has come right smack bang in lambing and calving. What a bugger.

Finished work for the week, only three working days left now. Its a bit weird & I can see it will be emotional as patients that I have worked with over many years have come to me today giving me cuddles and shaking my hand. Be strong Rainie!!
