Rendlesham Forest

There was a "UFO" incident in Rendlesham Forest in December 1980, and there is now a UFO-themed walking trail to commemorate it. This is the Forestry Commission's artist's impression of what the alleged UFO might have looked like.

Eye-witnesses at the time said the object was "the size of a car", and the following morning, 3 depressions were found in the ground at the site. So I'm inclined to think it might have looked more like a Reliant Robin.
