Baby Steps

So today was my first proper day back as I didn't count the week in July. I must be mad but not only have I gone back full time but I have taken on a promotion also. I am now Head of Science as well as being a mum. I really enjoyed today but it is going to be baby steps and with a bit of hand holding from my good friend Aideen I really hope I can do a good job.
