Post Post Processing

I was talking to a friend (a very good photographer, mind) who was extolling the delights of something in Photoshop called "luminosity mask".

Apparently you choose a tone and reproduce it in different parts of the image to try and improve the shine and reflections. he said it was hard. And I think that's what he said it does.

I don't understand. But then I'm just yer average dumb and lazy, SOOC sort of guy...
