Recovery Mode

I hadn't mentioned it prior.. but Lulu has been sick something fierce lately. She started her estrus cycle on the 16th and has been vomiting non-stop. It's been very scary since she lost half a pound and she's only 5 pounds to begin with.
I've been taking her to the vet frequently.. but her vet had been out of town until today.

We just got back and he confirmed that it's most likely her reaction to being in heat. Poor, sweet little girl.
I've been giving her anti-nausea medication regularly and she does well with that. Oh man, it's been breaking my heart seeing her so weak and lethargic. I don't like feeling helpless.
