In the top of the city

This afternoon we were invited to visit the upper floors of the East Tower of Central Park in Caracas. Together with its twin tower, both are the highest towers built in concrete in South America.
We were at 220 meters high and enjoying spectacular views of the city of Caracas, under a sky that announced storms. Finally we were lucky and did not rain.
The tower that we visited is the tower in the right hand in last Last Augost 3's blip.

8 years ago this tower was burned completely. The works for rebuilt it continues slowly since then.
