It's been an unusual Monday. 

At lunchtime I met up with an old friend and colleague.
The four years since we last saw each other melted away and it felt like yesterday... so lovely to catch up and even though her life is going brilliantly well in Cornwall, she cried when it was time to say au revoir.


We promised not to leave it so long next time.
