There's now a Birthday card to buy for each month, up to and including January. Ergo, we were in a local card shop, herself selecting, me being amused. There was a string of 4-5 Bayeux themed cards. This one topping the bill.
The alternative was rain - see extra - so, what's fresh?
Year before last I scattered a packet of antediluvian Marigolds about. One or three decided they were still viable. Since then there have been a couple each year, just to keep the other poachers company. Like the Tradescantia which surfaced after years of absence and the Ophiopogon ditto.
