Lazy Summer Day

Today was a beautiful day. No fog. Not too hot. So the youngest grandkids came over and we took them to the pool.

The youngest grandson insisted that he didn't want to go anywhere near the water, or even to the pool. He pitched a fit when it was time to put on his swimming suit. Apparently he changed his mind. The little kid size fountains were a big hit. Especially if you could sit on them.

I wasn't too keen on putting on a swimming suit myself, but just averted my eyes from the mirror. I had a friend who once said she'd rather go to jail than try on bathing suits.

Looks like another visit to the pool before school starts is a distinct possibility.
