When I went to download my pictures this evening, I found that my SD card was no longer functioning.  I had taken a fair amount in the backyard, but nothing I was too excited about, so it didn’t really matter much, except that at this late hour, I had no blip.  

This little stuffed Koala is about 2 inches high and sits on my computer.  A few years back when my Aussie nephew visited us,  we found a few of these little Koalas placed around the house after he left.  I decided to leave them where they were.  They always make me smile and think of him.  It turns out this one makes a good EB, too.  And now I realize I should have saved this for tomorrow for Mono-Monday, where the theme is memorable. 


Thank you all for the lovely birthday wishes, stars and hearts for my sunset last evening.  Tropical Storm Hermine actually gets credit for the sunset.  According to the meteorologists, the amazing sunsets are because of the stormy conditions to the east of us, although we have had no effects from the storm here.
