A Gourd...on the Day of the Lord

After church and lunch at a restaurant with friends, my wife Lisa was called into action for her nursing skills. I won't go into any details (and you should thank me.)

After watching some baseball, and a little golf...we took a long Sunday afternoon nap.

The problem? 7 p.m. showed up...supper wasn't made, and a picture hadn't been taken.

Enter the weekly gourd...stage right. 18 butterflies on this bad boy, along with many different colors.

Finishing up a lazy Sunday by watching October Sky, (based on the book The Rocket Boys) a film set in the coal fields of West Virginia. A great movie.
