hooray I'm up to date again!!!

The Rev was preaching at the church he was curate at several years ago and we are always made to feel very welcome.
I sold quite a few made about £25 profit for Macmillan Nurses. I'm hoping to a coffee morning too

We went up to London in the afternoon to watch the display off wooden structures set alight to represent the skyline as it would have been. It said open at 6pm...limited space...so we got there at 5...only to realise the light up wasn't until 8:30. So having secured a good table we then had to make our meal last nearly 4 hours!!!!
...order drinks...order shared starter...order fish and chips and a salad...share fish and chips (before it went cold)...then share salad...order dessert to share...then another as it was so nice..then coffee...finally pay bill and head to loo upstairs (for even better view)...perfectly timed to see the event!!!
