... countdown before the start of school; it's well and truly the end of the holidays. A quiet day, a bit of food shopping, some food preparation, a game of trivial pursuits, forts built for nerf warfare (extra #2), cuddly washing (extra #1 - look at the colour of that water!) and not a huge amount else. I even found some time to crank up the amp and give the guitars an outing. They still sound great directly into the amp, even if the amp is a cheap-but-loud number that I got when still gigging.
