Young starlings are changing feathers just now, from pale brown adolescent into their adult black and spotted plumage. 

They are also still noisy and aggressive little bastards  things.

I had to order a new fat balls feeder, as they managed to turn the last one into a death trap, when the cover broke and then one starling shoved the other one in it, head first and head down, while pecking its head and body. After a successful rescue, the victim flew away, but the feeder is in the bin, so now they fight over the fat balls that the one on the right is crouching over. The one on the left just got viciously beaten up and is sulking...
