Great day. I positioned myself half way up the hill, so I was on my own with a clear view and nobody else in the way. Back in time to see the last 15km on the ITV Player and Ewan coming in second to Griepel. On the way back down the hill to the car I found a musette abandoned by one of the team Bardiani riders, still with an Italian energy bar inside. That made me happier than it really should have done.
