Food, Wasps and Expense

Spent the morning at the Loch Lomond Food & Drink jamboree at Lomond Shores.

I normally like these events, but today? It was awful.

Tacky. And plastic chairs and tables. Eeeugh.

What do I know though? It was packed.

And the prices some of the traders were asking for their wares was obscene.

£5.50 for a burger. Really?

There seemed to be an invasion of wasps too, which didn't help.

I truly think we do these things badly in the U.K. On holiday this year, I attended a similar event (in Italy) and it was superb.

Similar idea to what was on offer at Balloch but just somehow better.
