Day 1- Houseboating in the Shuswap

Such a lovely houseboat, sleeps 22 but we have 19. This allows us to keep the kitchen table/nook set up at all times. There is a 6 person hot tub on the 2nd level and a dancefloor or yoga studio on the 3rd level (we are using it for both). We tow 2 seadoos behind us. Meals are all preplanned and on a rotational basis. I am on duty for sunday morning brunch with my 2 brothers, it will be fun. It has been cooler than normal and a bit of rain. We had a great day, and really enjoyed the fire on the beach meeting all the other houseboats. There were about 20 boats docked at Nielson beach for the evening. My sister turns 50 on Monday and this is what she wanted to do. So glad i was able to come out to British Columbia and join the party.
