Haven't done much at all today apart from making a very belated birthday cake for Rik. His birthday was the day before we went to Bavaria back in June and there didn't seem much point in making it then. It's a yummy Raspberry Blueberry Lime Drizzle Cake that I've been making for him for years and it never fails to impress.
