Boat race on Thames

Today l went down into town to meet an old school friend from my days at Mount Maunganui primary school in NZ. We had a lovely time; on the way down to Greenwich on the ferry we came across the Great Thames boat race, as you can see many rowing boats with all the crews in their colours rowing away as we speed past. A great sight against all the modern buildings on the bankside.
