The toddy tapper man

A dangerous occupation this for daily he climbs his palm trees where he has left a container under a cut off branch.  The liquid is poured into his pottery pot and he knocks off the scab to allow more sap to flow.  His  booty is filled with flies and will have already started to ferment..  To try and prevent drunkenness the authorities make it illegal for him to sell his toddy except through official outlets.
