Let's Eat Festival

I went along to the fabulous food and drink festival at the Glasgow SWG3 venue.  Had some super food and watched demonstrations like this one.

Let’s Eat Glasgow! was created to inspire folk to eat the great food and drink being grown right here on their Glasgow doorsteps. 

The main picture shows Jacqueline O'Donnell of the Sisters Restaurant, and now becoming a bit of a TV and Radio celebrity chef.   Here she is seen adding some Harvieston Ola Dubh Barrel-Aged beer to her sauce.

Having had a lunch from El Perro Negro Street Food, I'm off now to eat my slice of organic raspberry and Sicilian lemon cheesecake -  gluten free, dairy free and processed sugar free. Absolutely delicious - produced by Poppy Murricane of RAWNCHY.    Delicious.

Its on again tomorrow for anyone from this area.
