Unforgettable day

It's a rainy day but we don't want to miss a chance to explore new places so we have given up our comfort and went for a trip to the seaside to see the Penis Park. It's a park full of sculptures which have been up to these days offered to console a soul of a young unmarried girl who according to a legend died in the waves while collecting seaweed. It's believed that thanks to these sacrifices the fishermen in the village can return from the sea with a good catch.
Some of the statues were really weird. ;-)

After the trip, soaking wet, we rewarded ourselves with yet another unusual dining experience called shabu. It's originally a Japanese meal but I think that Koreans have improved it. Amazing cooking and eating experience and a relaxing time in Samcheok can be seen in extras.
