In The News Today ......

I've run my 22 km route from Kusugawa to Amagasaki Sports Forest dozens of times and it has become fairly effortless. However, today it was tough, like running through soup. There is a typhoon approaching and boy doesn't it feel like it. Forty minutes after returning home I saw this from our balcony. This smoke is at roughly the quarter/three quarters point on my route and the smoke is from a warehouse fire. As you can see from this report in the Kobe Shimbun, a short while later the smoke was even thicker but by that time I was on the train to Umeda.
