...Hmm, maybe not quite.

Yes, I'm sad and keep a spreadsheet of my biking to keep track of my pace etc. Not been doing as much lately due to stitches, birthdays and plenty of other lame excuses, but all this Olympic business is making me feel right proper lazy so I'm getting back on track! Wasn't quite up to my usual pace tonight, but I have to work my way back up.
