AeroSPARX
Well tonight a couple of us from the office headed down to Low Green for the Friday night air display. The weather held off most of the time but we did encounter a couple of Ninja showers.
Tonight’s shot, all be it a little grainy (it was dark) is of the AeroSPARX display team. They fly the Grob109, which the RAF have used as a training aircraft since 1980. The aircraft have over 12,000 LED lights installed over the fuselage and wings. Each plane is also equipped with wingtip pyrotechnics to shoot fireworks out during the display.
The display had us all in awe as they gracefully lit up the night sky.
The extra pics tonight are of the Typhoon on full re heat and the Piper Cub doing a pyro display. The night was well worth suffering the rain.
