Whew! Dodged that Bullet!

Ms Squirrel here and I are both thankful that Hurricane Hermine did no more that kiss us on her way across the Northern top of Florida. I've been so sick that I really didn't prepare for any kind of a direct hit. Lots and lots of very heavy rains and moderate winds in the early morn. A few trees down in the neighborhood. Thankfully only branches and a couple of smallish limbs to show for it here at 'Valhaus at Pondside'. The squirrels were pleased that I dragged my butt to the store to get them more raw peanuts. Lucky little tree rats, I'm sure they know exactly how fortunate they are! hahaha
