Apple

Yesterday it was Bilberries, today it's slightly larger fruit.  This is one of the apples on our tree.
Last year something dreadful happened to the apple harvest and in this area hardly anyone got apples. We got one!  This year it is much better.
These apples are not very tasty when eaten directly from the tree, but they are excellent for apple puree, apple pie, etc
The redness makes them visually rather attractive, and therefore suitable for today's Blip!
