The Champions

Here is the South African texting team doing last minute preparation for the championships in Gabarone.  I spotted them just before they were called to board for their plane.  The extra is Kilimanjaro.   Now you know why you rarely can see it from the ground.  The other extra is some celebrations at Nairobi airport.  It was apparently graduation today.  Moses (our driver) said the traffic shouldn't be too bad.  Well it was as bad as I remembered Nairobi traffic.

We are now ensconced in a very luxurious hotel on the outskirts but it is an early start tomorrow and I have had about 6 hours sleep over the last 48 hours so am heading to bed.  Tomorrow it is the Mara.  I can't wait.
