Hummers in the rain

While sitting outside with the cats this morning I was smelling sweet with all the bug spray!  It is the calm before the storm but we are already getting the outer rainbands of the storm.  

As I sat watching the nice soft rain and the very vocal cardinals at the feeders and in the crepe myrtles, these two hummingbirds arrive.  The one takes a quick drink at the feeder and then sits in the rain on the clothes line while the other one drinks long and deep at the other feeder.

My bathroom got a good scrubbing yesterday and I think I will focus on the living room today.
