Rose with water

This photo doesn't really represent my day as such but I like it. Yesterday I saw that our rose bush is starting to flower. It has rained on and off today so I knew that I'd probably get a nice photo of the rose with raindrops. I think it has turned out well.

Today's news:
Had my job interview this morning. Was really nervous and woke at 6am! Got all dressed up in my suit to arrive to find that I was the only person wearing one and everyone else was in everyday clothes..the man sitting next to me had jeans and a fleece jacket on!
There was about 20 of us there. We had to take notes on a presentation about the company we will (hopefully) be employed by. It was quite fast but I think I got most of it. Then there was a spelling test, 20 words, and I think I did ok on that, the word 'privileged' got me though! Will find out next week if I've got the job. After being an unemployed graduate since July 2011 it will be nice to be earning, even if it's not related to my degree (still can't do the job without a degree though) and is on a flexible basis.

Home for lunch and then headed into town to endure the yearly torture of school uniform shopping. Shopping for my son is easy, trousers, polo shirts, shoes..job done. Shopping for my daughter is a nightmare!

Supper and then found myself dozing off..I think the lack of sleep over the weekend coupled with the nerves of today is finally catching up with me.
