not so naked truffles ~ Part 2.

following on from yesterday blip..
Once the filled spheres are filled we leave them to dry and then top them off, to ensure a good seal..
after that they are hand rolled and left to dry
then hand rolled again and put into cocoa powder..

we achieved 3000 today..*filled & waiting to be rolled....
just 3000 to go!
