Brownlees' Midas moment.

I nipped up to Hyde Park to take in the men's Triathlon this morning.

Not the best focus, because of all the jostling in the huge crowd, but it shows the Brownlee boys dominating the cycling phase. It was this or the Brownlee butts when they were running!

Leading is Jonathan, who took bronze inspite of incurring a 15 second penalty due to an infringement during the transition from swim to cycle.
In second here is Alistair who went on to win gold.
In third is Stuart Hayes - the domestique - there to protect and pace the Brownlees. (Not sure that I agree with that )
Also here you can see Jose Miguel Perez who split the Brownlees by finishing in silver slot.

How proud must Mr & Mrs Brownlee be to have produced two extremely talented sons!!

There was a huge crowd in Hyde Park, what a shame it was to see so many empty seats in the grandstand.
