Miss E and Her Boys!
These three have known each other since Miss E was two weeks old. The boys are a month older. It's no exaggeration to say they've seen each other almost every day since then!
And that, of course, means I've seen their lovely Mummies!!
They are great children and it's been amazing watching them grow up together.
In those early days of breast feeding, teething and nappies we used to talk about school as if it was something so far in the future it was inconceivable that our tiny babies would ever go. In September they're all starting.
Where has the time gone?!!
Today we had a wonderful day at Wendover Woods. These three had a fine time running around creating an imaginary world of dragons, princesses and ogres. They built dens and climbed trees and had adventures on the ropes, swings and climbing frames. All pretty much as far away from us as they could get. Proper childhood behaviour!!!
Their four younger brothers and sister (Miss L being the only other girl!) also loved it.
What a fab day!
I've missed a day of the August Challenge with this shot. It was supposed to be "8 o'clock" but this picture of the children was better than anything I could have randomly taken at 8 o'clock.... Back to it tomorrow!!
