GOLD!! and BRONZE!!

We went to London today to watch the triathalon which I had been looking forward to for a while so after the alarm going off at 5:35am this morning we got quite a good spot down the final stretch before they went into the stand and got to see the swim, cycle and run. Here are the boys on the first run lap, looking good and they did very well and was great to watch.
