...on this 1000 yen note I asked. I certainly wasn't expecting to find that it was quite such a controversial figure as Hideyo Noguchi. It seems a very brave choice for a starring and long running place on your nation's public face.  But as long as they'll accept them in the shops I think my traveller will be happy.
